The Revista Mexicana de Ciencias Geológicas is pleased to announce that starting in May 2024, Dr. Luigi Solari, one of our Scientific Editors, will step into the role of Editor-in-Chief, succeeding Dr. Ángel Francisco Nieto Samaniego. Dr. Nieto Samaniego has served in this charge for the last eight years and will continue to lend his expertise as a Scientific Editor. We extend our warmest acknowledgments to him for his invaluable service, great dedication, and significant contributions.
